Week 30 may as well be Week 1

I'm still here
I haven't given up

Self-Reliant
Self-Sufficient

I will persevere!

Keep your head up! The games not over until you throw in the towel. Keep moving forward. You have come so far and a 6 lbs back track doesn't change that!!!

Hang in there. You know you didn't eat enough to gain 6 pounds of fat in one week. Did you eat a lot of salty foods that would cause the water weight gain? Hang in there!
