I am seeing it like this: "15 minutes exercise, add up as much as you can by the end of the week." I have (over and over and over) set plans, schedules, goals, etc. only to miss one, get frustraited/disappointed with myself, you know where that leads... emotional eating. But when I set out a MWF plan, what if I miss monday, then do it T, should I do it W as well, or put it off until Th, but then I'll have to do a weekend workout... TOO MUCH NIT PICKING... STUPID ME! 15 min of exercise, as much as possible. JUST DO IT. That's so much more simple. It's like my life has become a game this week. I LOVE IT! :)<br /><br />YOU CAN DO IT! You already have! And I totally understand the cardio part! I may be in good shape, and have decent muscle tone... great in the arms, but still need to work the rest...anyway, when I went running the other day with friends, I thought I was going to die...so I have decided to switch my focus to more cardio. Going to get into it more come next week or so when I am able to pay for a membership at the Y so I can attend with one of my coworkers...
